The 230 Series™ internal gear pump is designed to handle viscous liquids requiring temperature control to maintain a flowing state. Typical applications include pumping asphalt, pitch, molten sulfur, and more. It can handle flow rates up to 480 GPM (1,817 LPM).
Features & Benefits
- Jacketed casing is supplied as standard for all models. Jacketed relief valves are optional to protect against excessive pressures.
- Pumps are self-priming in a period of sections, under normal operating conditions. They possess excellent vacuum developing characteristics.
- Jacketed head & rotor hearing sleeves are available as optional equipment and are supplied with tapped connections to accommodate heating or cooling lines.
