Empowering Our Customers Through Education

Viking offers a number of training programs for both distributors and end users. Pump School, a basic pump technical seminar, is offered to distributors and provides training in Viking products, pump performance characteristics, troubleshooting and failure analysis. End user seminars are also available covering topics from maintenance to product overview to lowering life cycle cost for individual pump installations. Seminars are offered on-site or at the factory. See your local distributor for details on these.

Viking sponsors an on-line training website called Pump School®. Here, you can learn about a number of different pumping principles, how to apply them, common applications and a number of related articles on positive displacement pumps and general pump topics.
