Start Up Service

Unsure about starting your pump for the first time after it is installed?  We can oversee this operation to make sure the pump is operating correctly.

Unit Alignment

The best way to prolong the life of your installation is to make sure all the components are accurately aligned.  Alignment should be performed once the unit is installed and the piping connected.

Repair

When a pump fails, you need to have it repaired as quickly as possible.  Our network of Authorized Viking Pump Distributors have the knowhow and the inventory required to make sure that it is.

Material Upgrades

If a pump is wearing out before you think it should, Viking offers a number of material upgrades to extend life from wear and abrasion resistant materials like tungsten carbide, to materials such as Alloy 20 and composites to resist the harshest corrosives.

Inventory Management

No need to stock your own repair parts or pumps.  Our distributors can analyze your inventory and make recommendations on how to minimize this cost without affecting downtime.

Seal Upgrades

If your pump does not have the latest seal technology, Viking can upgrade your existing pump to newer seal technologies to fulfill your application requirements.  OR we can upgrade your pump to a sealless design, eliminating the seal altogether.
