Liquid Sample Analysis
Viking Pump provides viscosity, corrosion, and abrasion testing of customer liquids.  A printed report of viscosity characteristics and general recommendations for a Viking pump to handle the liquid are provided. 

Application Review 
Viking Pump will assist in combining our application expertise with your pump needs to make sure the best pump has been selected for the application. 

Certified Performance Testing
Viking Pump will test a customer’s pump to the exact operating conditions within lab capabilities.  Lab tests include:

• Witnessed or non-witnessed performance tests to verify a pump's flow and power requirement
• Hydrostatic pressure tests
• Sound level and vibration tests
• Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH) requirement testing
• Other services such as disassembly and inspection or center of gravity checks can be offered too 

Traceability
Need verification of the materials in your pump?  Viking can provide traceability from casting to finished product.
