LVP Series Vane Pumps
Stainless Steel Vane Pumps for Corrosive, Thin Liquids at Higher Pressures
|
|
|
The LVP Series vane pump sets the benchmark for durability with its standard, stainless steel casing surface-hardened to 62 Rockwell C maximizing casing and vane life. Its hardened chrome oxide coated shaft turns in a hard silicon carbide bearing, providing industry leading pressure capabilities to 14 Bar (200 PSI)on even the thinnest liquids. The LVP pump's self-adjusting, PEEK® composite vanes and push rods provide superior vacuum capabilities.
The LVP series delivers broad chemical compatibility, excellent self-priming, short term dry run capability, and bi-directional flow, making this an ideal pump for a wide range of processing and loading/unloading applications.
Available in DIN or ANSI flange standards.
The LVP Series includes the following models:
- LVP40_7U - 316 Stainless Steel Bracket Mounted Mechanically Sealed Pumps (ANSI Option)
- LVP41_7U - 316 Stainless Steel Footed Mechanically Sealed Pumps (ANSI Option)
- LVP40_7M - 316 Stainless Steel Bracket Mounted Mechanically Sealed Pumps (DIN Option)
- LVP41_7M - 316 Stainless Steel Mechanically Sealed Pumps (DIN Option)
For those LVP40017-M and LVP40027-M applications requiring a metric motor bracket, please review the IEC motor mount flyer.
