AccuLobe™ Multi-lobe Pump
Low Flow Transfer and Metering Pump
The AccuLobe™ is designed for low volume applications in chemical, personal care products manufacturing, food and beverage, and industrial applications where minimal shear is critical, like water treatment polymers. It features multi-lobe rotors for minimal pulsation and noise, self-draining casing, and one-piece pump and gear case for longer bearing and seal life.
A tri-wing rotor option, with reduced clearances and using non-galling alloy rotors, allows for improved volumetric efficiency on very low viscosity liquids.
Sealing options include single mechanical seal with or without quench. Mounting options include bulkhead mount, foot mount or motor mount (with integral 3:1 speed reduction). Standard ports are clamp connections, with weld neck optional.
Pump is designed to be easily strip cleaned or clean in place (CIP).
