Sugar
Description

Due to the difficulties in sealing sugars, Viking's Universal Seal pumps, with their cartridge seal capabilities, are used along with the SL pumps. 

Where higher pressures are required, the Industrial Lobe pumps may be used.

Sugars handled by Viking pumps include:

  • Corn Syrup and High Fructose Corn Syrup
  • Molasses
  • Honey
  • Glucose
  • Sucrose
  • Light Juice
  • Massecuite
  • Sugar Magmas
  • Concentrated Liquors
  • Alcohols and by-products
